Fair questions
The business that did the work. They choose how long it lasts and what it covers. EagleHQ runs the software: it keeps the record, shows the certificate and passes your report to them. EagleHQ doesn't do the work or decide claims.
Scan the QR code or open the link. It opens a page on the business's own website that shows the certificate number, the service, the date and whether it's active today. A link that's been changed won't open.
The business's workmanship: the job they did, done right. Each certificate lists what's covered and what isn't. Parts usually carry their own maker's warranty, and damage or wear from other causes normally isn't covered. Check the list on yours.
Reporting a problem is free. If the business agrees it's covered, the fix is part of the guarantee. If they decide it isn't, they'll explain why in their reply.
Yes, if the seller shares the certificate link or a printout. The certificate never shows the address, the owner's name or what they paid, so it's safe to share. Ask the business if the guarantee passes to a new owner: that's their call.
The certificate still opens and says it has ended, with the date. You can still contact the business, but the fix won't be part of the guarantee.
